1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 99bbd platform and its user ("you" or "player"). By using 99bbd's website, mobile interface, or any related service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

These Terms are written for Bangladeshi players. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the 99bbd platform.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

99bbd offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳5,000 bonus (maximum cap) → total balance ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in wagers must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• An account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• The validity period for using a bonus will be stated in the detailed terms of the relevant promotion.
• If a deposit is reversed before the bonus is credited, the bonus will also be cancelled.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, 99bbd reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

6 Betting and Gaming Policy

6.1 Fair Play Policy

99bbd is a platform that operates on a fair play principle. All game outcomes are determined through a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG) system.

6.2 Bet Cancellation and Correction

Once confirmed, a bet generally cannot be cancelled or changed. In the case of bets placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds/over, 99bbd reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet.

6.3 Sports Betting

Specific rules apply to betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The odds or market information displayed at the time of placing a bet are for reference only — actual live markets are determined separately.

6.4 Live Casino

Live dealer games use technology from world-class providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Betting limits on live tables are set per game.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99bbd platform:

• Misuse of bonuses or promotions, bonus arbitrage, or bonus-hunting strategies.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Completing transactions using third-party accounts.
• Attempting to gain an advantage using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
• Using this platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's security systems.
• Harassing, intimidating, or disrespecting other players or staff.
• Registering an account with false information or concealing your identity.

If such activities are detected, 99bbd may immediately suspend or close the account and take legal action where applicable.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by 99bbd

99bbd may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious financial activity or suspected fraud.
• Being proven to be a minor.

8.2 Closure by the User

8.3 Balance Refund

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bonus funds may be forfeited. However, legitimate personal funds are generally returned, unless they are connected to fraudulent activity.
